Products & pricing: prices are listed in USD and may change. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors and cancel or refund mistaken orders.

Made to order: production takes time — see our Shipping and Return & Refund policies for the honest timeline.

Intellectual property: all WOMPWARE names, logos, and designs are our original, in-house work and property. Don't reproduce or resell them. We use no third-party IP.

Acceptable use: no fraud, no misuse of the site, no infringement of our intellectual property.

Liability: the store is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
